Umkhathi we-Sintering ku-MIM

2) Umkhathi wokunciphisa: I-Sintering atmosphere equkethe izingxenye ze-H2 noma ze-CO: Umkhathi we-Hydrogen we-sintering ye-carbide enosimende, umoya oqukethe i-Hydrogen wezingxenye zensimbi ezisekelwe ku-iron kanye ne-copper-based metallurgy (igesi yokubola i-ammonia);

3) Umkhathi ongenalutho noma ongathathi hlangothi: Ar, He, N2, Vacuum;

I-4) Umkhathi we-Carburizing: uqukethe izingxenye eziphezulu ezibangela ukubola komzimba we-sintered, njenge-CO, CH4, namagesi e-Hydrocarbon;

5) Umkhathi osusekelwe ku-nitrogen: Ngokuqukethwe okuphezulu kwe-nitrogen emkhathini we-sintering: 10% H2+N2.

 

I-Reforming Gas:
